Bikeman Performance is proud to release this new intercooler that is twice as thick as the stock 2” intercooler. It can be used on stock motors or racing applications up to 40 psi. The charge tube diameter is increased to 2.25” instead of the stock 2” tubes. And actually the stock upper cast charge tube is even smaller, so we replace the charge tubes all the way to the throttle body for maximum efficientcy and performance. 10-20 horsepower gains depending on boost and muffler.
Z1 charge tubes are very flimsy and made out of rubber. This becomes a problem at higher boost pressures, even on a stock machine. When put on the dyno you can watch the stock charge tubes expand an incredible amount. This increase in charge tube volume drops boost pressure and hinders performance. By switching to an aluminum charge tube your boost pressure holds strong, and more performance is a result. This is a must for machines with a boost controller, and expect to hold on a bit harder even with a stock Z1!

f1000 is fine with the Y pipe unless you add air mods. If you add a timing key, you need to add fuel and if you add a pipe or pipe mod you need to add fuel. The M1000 is leaner than the F1000 and needs a regulator or fuel controller either way - BMP

We have incorporated the skidoo gas exhaust valve technology into a easy bolt on for the Arctic Cat ZR-800/900 , F6/M6-- F7/M7 and now the F-800/1000, M-1000 and Crossfire 800/1000 twins. There is no need to play with cables or the reprogramming of your cdi to change the opening rpm of the valve. You can adjust the opening rpm by adding or removing shims or different thrust springs. We have also added a pop up indicator on the front of the valve that simulates the opening and closing of the valve. This feature allows you to synchronize and adjust the opening rpm right on your jack stand. Assemblies are shipped pre calibrated ready to bolt on and ride. We do stock different spring combinations for finer tuning, please contact us if required.
The ZR models now require no alteration. The complete valve assembly is made of billet and comes with the plug in servo chip for the EFI. The billet valve blades will fit previous valve housings and are offered as an up grade for $165.00 for the set .Please call .
The F6/ F7/ M7, F-800 & HO-800 / 1000, M-1000 and Crossfire 800/1000 require no alteration.
The complete valve and housing assembly are made of billet. We also include a plug in chip to the ecu harness that allows you to remove the servo motor without defaulting the ignition timing.

We have upgraded our exhaust valve technology from a membrane bellow style actuator to a piston style actuator. A much simpler design that uses less components and eliminates bellow failure in big bore and turbocharged applications. Our piston mechanism stays lubricated by the engines 2 stroke oil sytem and is actuated by the exhaust pressure from the cylinder . Same design works well with naturally aspirated engines as well. We developed this valve design in the fall of 2010 and tested them on turbo charged, and naturally aspirated engines throughout the season with amazing results.You will love the throttle response gained. DOMINATOR contains the right additives for clean motor operation. Recommended for use with exhaust power valves and high octane racing fuel. DOMINATOR also provides excellent protection at 50:1 premix or injection systems
