The 2618 alloy Diamond pistons were designed by some of the most respected turbo piston designers around to our spec after 20+ years of building Turbo racing engines. We include Trend (a Diamond company) H-13 tool steel high performance wrist pins already custom fit to the pistons, heavy duty Spirolocks, and Total Seal gapless ring package that includes the 1.2MM AP Compression ring, 1.5MM 2nd ring and 3.0MM oil ring group for stellar performance and oil control on delicate nik a sil cylinders. These will work with our special forged connecting rod set or with the factory installed connecting rods if your only looking to do a piston swap.

These connecting rods were created for the racer that is looking for the highest level of strength under high boost situations such as drag racing. The big weak spot of the Arctic Cat four stroke turbo motor are the connecting rods, shortly followed by the pistons. If you have a rod failure due to high RPM, excessive detonation, or "lean-out"; take it from us when we say it is a costly and timely repair. To ensure this doesn't happen, these rods are forged from high quality material, and use ARP 2000 3/8" rod bolts. They will work with our forged piston sets or with the stock pistons.

We had one of the best racing rod designers around make this happen and they were designed to be the strongest rod available for this application without adding any unnecessary weight to the build. The competition uses a "straight" beam design, there is no strength in the rod except under the wristpin, the extra wide wings in this rod design must be made thinner to get the weight under control. By using a narrower beam with thicker wings we have been able to make the rod stronger while at the same time cutting weight. We will put this rod up against ANYONE'S for performance!

SLED-WERX Racing offers custom ARP studs designed for the specific application. These are available for either the Nytro , Apex or Z1 Turbo ( see D&D Powersports Z1 POWER section above for Z1 studs ). The OE head stud or bolt is designed to stretch as the motor heats up allowing the head to cylinder interface to be a little flexible. This is great for stock care free start up with inexperienced operators. With the addition of boost or high compression to your snowmobile, the soft flexible OE connection is no longer appropriate. We employ a full 10mm 200,000 PSI hardened stud. In the case of the Nytro, the kit includes nuts and washers. The apex kit reuses the OE nuts and washers.
Please note: When using the hardened stud you must allow the motor to reach at least 130deg of water temperature before full throttle operation

TThese are custom matched and machined injectors. The injectors flow 42 pounds of fuel per hour (or 440cc/min). The OEM Nytro fuel injector flows 330cc/min while the Apex flows 390cc/min. This is the correct injector to support the larger horsepower requirements of superchargers and turbochargers. The kit is Plug and Play, which means no wire cutting / splicing etcetera. As the injectors are just slightly longer than the OEM units, adaptor hardware is included for the fuel rail.

This is a brand new aftermarket high rise seat for the Arctic Cat M-Series. This is a very high quality lightweight seat. Skid seats are very light weighing at or under six pounds. Made out of very high quality materials, such as sport-tech -60 degree cold crack anti-skid top and non-absorbing condura non-tear side materials and with black carbon fiber vinyl for an appealing look. Comes with no rear hump for aggressive side to side riding and is 3 1/2 inches shorter than stock for aggressive side-to-side transitions. Massive amount of storage(22 in x 6.5 in x 7in). Comes with shovel pouch at no extra charge.
